If the equipment is destroyed during the Upgrade, you can restore the equipment by consuming Gold.
If the equipment is restored by consuming Gold, the equipment will be restored to its bound state.
After restoration, the equipment will no longer be further Upgraded, so please make a careful choice.

Pet level can be raised through hunting, pet material above Rare, and Exploration.
Pets that can be used as materials are more than one Rare pets you have.
You can check the information about which pets are available for material at [Pet] → [Pet Level] → [Material Register Activate].
After the materials are chosen, tap on the [Pet Growth] button then you can level up your pet.

If you have obtained a Epic/Legendary pet through draw/Fusion then you can change it to a different pet that has the same grade, using [Swap].
So you may not be able to see Epic pet obtained.
Please note that if you have obtained a pet above Epic grade, you can use it after tapping [Swap].

When you contact the Customer Center, you need a character ID to check the issue.
You can find character ID in [Menu] → [Settings] → [Account] → [Character ID].

You can raise all of your skills level by level 5 using Gold, and you need the Skill Book to raise the more than 6.
You can obtain Skill Book either from [Special Dungeon] → [Skill] or collect pieces of Skill Book and Craft.

When the transforma and the pet used is gone. It may be as below.
1. More than 30 minutes has passed after use.
2. Character is dead during the duration after use.

When you Fusion pets, two or more Pets possessed can be added as material.
For Fusion, you need 4 pets of the same grade, and when the Fusion is successful, one pet will be obtained with one grade higher than the material that you have used for Fusion.
In case of Fusion failure, one pet of the same grade as the unit used as the material will be obtained, and the type of pet you can obtain by Fusion success/failure is random.

Among the pets you have, the most frequently used pets can be registered as quick registration for use.
Quick registration can be done through the following process.
1. Touch the top-right [Menu] → [Pet]
2. Touch Quick Registration on the Transform.
3. Touch the pet you would like to register and an empty slot.

When Fusing the Transform, two or more Transform can be added as material.
Fusion needs 4 transforms of the same grade, and when the Fusion is successful, one Transform will be obtained with one grade higher than the material used for Fusion.
In case of Fusion failure, one Transform of the same grade as the unit used as the material will be obtained, and the type of Transform obtained by Fusion success/failure is random.
